专题序言
2025 年是联合国成立80 周年，联合国大会作为该组织的主要议事、决策和代表机构，为成员国进行多边讨论提供了独特平台。本期《全球治理学科动态》以“联合国大会与全球治理”为主题，考察了联大投票的多个环节及联大各类决议文本的联署情况，分析了不同行为体在联大框架下的行动逻辑与外交策略，展现了联大相关的丰富数据对全球治理实证研究的重要意义，亦有助于深化对联大决策过程及其背后权力结构与互动机制的认识。中国是多边主义的坚定倡导者、维护者与践行者，将一如既往支持联合国在全球治理体系中的核心地位，支持联大依照宪章发挥更积极和重要作用。
